Location: Providence County, RI
Pay: $21/hr base rate + shift differential + benefits

Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality audits using various inspection techniques, instruments, and visual standards to ensure product conformance.
* Identify non-conforming products, document inspection status, review prior production, and report unusually high defect rates.
* Verify compliance with quality plans, manufacturing procedures, molding line clearance, and order packet specifications.
* Support operator training in quality standards and decision-making while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Required Skills & Experience
* High school diploma or GED required.
* 2-5 years of inspection and/or production experience, with a solid understanding of test equipment.
* Strong mathematical skills, including fractions, ratios, and proportions, with the ability to analyze and interpret information.
* Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Experience performing first-piece inspections and in-process quality audits in a manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with quality plans, manufacturing procedures, and identifying non-conforming products.
