Quality Control Assembly Inspector - 174858 - 175813

Responsibilities: of the Assembly Inspector Includes: Perform quality inspections on mechanical and electromechanical assemblies using precision measurement tools. Verify critical dimensions, torque requirements, labeling, traceability, and workmanship against specifications and inspection plans. Identify, document, and communicate defects while maintaining accurate quality and compliance records. Support calibration activities, measurement system verification, and inspection tool maintenance. Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and quality teams to ensure assemblies meet requirements before release and to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: of the Assembly Inspector Includes: High school diploma + 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, quality inspection, manufacturing, or related Experience with CMM, hands on manufacturing, using measurement equipment, and assembly or dimensional inspection Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and understand basic GD&T principles Knowledge of assembly processes, fastener requirements, calibration practices, and quality inspection procedures Must be able to pass a government background check and hold an active Top Secret or DOE Q security clearance Compensation: of the Assembly Inspector Includes: Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 Comprehensive benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, holidays, and sick leave as required by law This job opens for applications on October 13th, 2026.
