Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading distribution company in Londonderry, NH to recruit detail-oriented Quality Control Associates for current and upcoming opportunities.

We are especially interested in candidates available for 2nd shift and Tuesday–Saturday schedules!

Openings and schedules vary based on business needs, and qualified candidates will participate in an interview process before being considered for placement.

Position Details

• Position: Quality Control Associate

• Location: Londonderry, NH

• Shift: 2nd Shift Preferred

• Typical Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

• Schedule: Varies based on availability; Tuesday–Saturday flexibility strongly preferred

• Pay: Competitive, based on experience

• 1st Shift: Candidates may be considered for future openings

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, outgoing, and stored products to ensure quality standards are met

• Verify inventory accuracy, product specifications, and customer requirements

• Conduct audits of inventory, shipments, and warehouse processes

• Identify, document, and report quality concerns or discrepancies

• Investigate inventory variances and assist with corrective actions

• Complete quality control documentation and reports accurately

• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve issues

• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and quality information

• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality control, inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems

• Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and solve problems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Flexibility to work 2nd shift, including Tuesday–Saturday schedules, strongly preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Ability to bend, reach, and perform warehouse-related tasks

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.50 per hour
