Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime: Possible weekday and Saturday overtime, typically voluntary
About the Role:

This hands-on position involves inspecting raw materials and components sourced primarily from Canada, identifying defects, and ensuring products meet strict quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials and parts for defects such as delamination and frame issues
- Perform quality control testing following clear procedures
- Interpret and utilize blueprints effectively (training provided)
- Work collaboratively with your team member in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
Work Environment:
- Quality Control room equipped with air conditioning
- Production floor without air conditioning
- Team-oriented setting with close collaboration
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Steel-toed boots required (provided or personal)
- Use of hearing protection and safety glasses (provided)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Must follow dress code: jeans or pants (no shorts), T-shirts (short or long sleeves, long sleeves preferred initially), no jewelry except stud earrings, no loose strings on hoodies, no fake nails
