Join our team as a Quality Control Specialist - Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) & Welding, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and performance of high‑precision products. What You Will Do
In this role, you'll conduct detailed inspections using NDE methods such as leak testing and liquid penetrant testing, interpreting results and applying acceptance criteria from drawings and work orders. You will perform welding inspections to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, evaluate weld quality, monitor welding and brazing processes, and confirm welder qualifications. You'll also ensure that all NDE and welding systems, processes, and documentation align with industry and internal requirements while helping drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will review engineering drawings, specifications, and codes to validate product conformity and maintain accurate records for fabrication, inspection, and final reporting. This role includes managing nonconformance documentation, supporting internal process audits, and collaborating with engineers and managers to communicate inspection results. You'll also provide training on inspection techniques, maintain an organized and safe work area, and support other quality‑related activities as needed.

In addition, once employed, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
