Quality Control Inspector

Location: Ellabell, GA
Pay: $16.00–$16.50 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | $16.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM | $16.50/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to join a manufacturing team in Ellabell, GA. In this role, employees will be responsible for visually inspecting, checking, sorting, and verifying parts to ensure they meet established quality standards.

This is a hands-on, entry-level-friendly opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment and have a strong attention to detail. Employees will primarily stand at their workstations while inspecting parts for defects and identifying products that do not meet specifications.

This is a temp-to-hire position with multiple shifts available.

Job Responsibilities

• Visually inspect parts and components for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
• Check manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Sort and separate acceptable parts from defective or non-conforming products.
• Identify and report quality issues to supervisors or team leads.
• Perform basic quality checks and testing as required.
• Maintain accurate counts and assist with inventory tracking as needed.
• Ensure inspected parts are properly organized and handled.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive inspection tasks.
• Follow all established safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive inspection and sorting tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or quality inspection experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule & Compensation

1st Shift

• Monday–Friday
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• $16.00 per hour

2nd Shift

• Monday–Friday
• 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM
• $16.50 per hour
