Job Description
- Lead all project quality control activities from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and federal standards
- Coordinate inspections, testing programmes, and quality documentation
- Work closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and government stakeholders
- Drive issue resolution and corrective actions to maintain project schedules and quality objectives

A successful Quality Control Manager should have:
- 10+ years of construction experience
- 5+ years as a Quality Control Manager, including 3+ years in a lead QCM role
- Proven experience leading federal construction projects from start to finish
- US citizenship required and ability to pass background and drug screening
- Degree preferred; substantial QCM experience on large-scale projects will also be considered

- $130,000 - $160,000+ (location-dependent and negotiable)
- Year-end bonus based on individual and company performance
- Per diem provided where applicable
