·         Use Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Excel, and other digital tools to maintain records, build reports, analyze trends, and improve quality workflows.
·         Monitor quality performance metrics such as defects, rework, escapes, closure aging, inspection throughput, and repeat issues; communicate trends to management.
·         Support layered process audits, 5S, process audits, supplier quality activities, and continuous improvement projects.
·         Assist with the development and standardization of procedures, forms, checklists, inspection plans, and training materials.
·         Promote a culture of accountability, factual problem solving, clean documentation, safety, and timely escalation.
·         Maintain organization, cleanliness, and control of quality areas, inspection stations, records, gauges, and nonconforming material areas.
