Quality Control Technician - 1st Shift

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for support of operations to ensure quality and operational goals are met. The Quality Technician will utilize an engineering approach to improve quality system performance and the quality of all products while reducing manufacturing and quality costs.

What You'll Do:

• Perform basic statistical analysis and communicate results to teams.
• Assists in failure analysis, investigation and CAPA activities.
• Identify areas of improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Perform testing, gather data, and analyze results of product testing and process monitoring.
• Use documentation systems to research information and generate Change Requests.
• May assist in developing and qualifying test methods, data sheets, test fixtures, and testing equipment.
• Initiate and assist in the investigation and disposition of non-conforming material.
• Assists in gathering data, compiling information, and assisting management in development of metrics and reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required

What You'll Need

• Two-year Technical Degree (AA, Certificate)
• One to three years related Quality Control experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
