Adecco Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician - Compounding for a growing manufacturing facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role is responsible for ensuring raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products meet established quality standards within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control, manufacturing, dietary supplements, food production, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-process batches, and finished products.

• Verify accuracy of compounding and weighing activities against batch records and production specifications.

• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.

• Review batch records, production documentation, and quality logs for completeness and accuracy.

• Collect and retain product samples according to quality procedures.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, safety, and quality standards.

• Identify, document, and report quality deviations, non-conformances, and potential issues.

• Work closely with Production and Compounding teams to maintain product quality and consistency.

• Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation.

• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of quality control or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Experience in dietary supplement, food, nutraceutical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly desired.

• Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and quality standards.

• Experience reviewing batch records and production documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
