Quality Data AssistantLocation: On-site at Glendive Medical Center | Glendive, MT | Quality Department Employment Type: Part-Time| Non-Exempt | Hourly Schedule: 20 hours per week, scheduled Monday-Friday during business hours 8:00 am-5:00 pm Glendive Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Data Assistant to assist with data entry, reporting, presentations, and data visualization. This role helps turn information into clear, meaningful insights that support quality and operational initiatives across GMC.What You'll DoEnter and maintain data in various programs and systems. Develop reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate key insights. Assist with data analysis and interpretation. Understand clinical and business workflows to support data initiatives. Create and maintain documentation and training materials for dashboards, datasets, and other tools. Help users understand data, dashboards, and related tools. Participate in meetings and committees as needed. Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
