Job Description
Drive the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS). Serve as a key quality representative, partnering with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities, reviewing nonconformances and coordinating disposition activities. Lead or support Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, including quality planning, control plans, and First Article Inspections (FAI). Coordinate customer quality requirements, certifications, and source inspection activities. Perform receiving inspection activities and maintain related quality documentation and system records. Assist with training development, quality documentation updates, and process improvements. Plan and execute internal audits, pre-assessments, and regulatory audit support activities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, export control, and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant
3-5+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience within an aerospace or regulated manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and/or Nadcap quality management standards. Experience leading investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs. Familiarity with First Article Inspection (AS9102), supplier quality requirements, and quality documentation. Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing certification, or similar continuous improvement training preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
