We are looking for a quality-focused professional to help support manufacturing operations, maintain quality standards, identify process improvements, and ensure products
meet customer and company requirements.

Duties:
+ Proven leadership ability
+ Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 5+ years of equivalent work experience
+ Knowledge of working with customer drawings
+ Good oral & written communication skills
+ Proficient computer skills
+ Decision-making skills
+ Experience working in the automotive industry
+ Experience with ISO9001QS9000TS16949
+ Good customer relations
+ Experience w/ calibration requirements
+ Experience with product testing
+ Root cause analysis skills
+ Experience with capability studies
+ Experience with Control Plans & PPAP's
+ Problem-solving skills

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
