- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- 12 years of relevant experience preferred; internships, co-op experience, and relevant engineering projects will also be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience or knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as Lean and Six Sigma preferred
- Ability to support quality investigations, process improvements, risk assessments, and manufacturing validations
- Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship
