Quality Assurance Engineer

Final Product Quality & Inspection
• Maintain and continuously improve final product inspection processes.
• Reduce final-stage defects, scrap, and rework through data-driven corrective actions.
• Ensure all finished products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

Customer Needs & Change Management
*Serve as the primary quality contact for customer-related issues, returns, and change requests.
*Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding quality expectations.
*Implement processes to minimize unnecessary change requests and prevent recurring Issues.
*Maintain the customer quality portal up to date.
*First answer to RMAs should be completed in less than 48 hours *Keep our company continuously in green status (quality portal)

Documentation, Logs & Audit Readiness
• Maintain accurate and complete quality documentation, including inspection logs, control plans, and audit records.
• Manage internal and external audits (ISO and customer audits).
*Lead or support root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA activities related to final product quality.

Continuous Improvement
•Participate in Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline final inspection processes and improve throughput without compromising quality.
