Description

Hiring a Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives, improve processes, and ensure products meet customer and industry standards within a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality control processes and inspection procedures

• Investigate quality issues and lead root cause/corrective action efforts

• Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Work closely with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to resolve quality concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 

• Experience with quality systems, inspections, and manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement methods

• Lean Six Sigma or ASQ certifications are a plus

The ideal candidate will have:

· A bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial, or related field)

· At least 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
