Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in conducting inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collect, record, and analyze quality data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the quality engineering team in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

The annual base salary range for this position is $39,900.00 to $59,800.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate''s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 1+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality control in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Proficiency with quality tools such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and basic data analysis software.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation standards.

WE VALUE

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Honeywell Building Automation products or similar industries.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards such as ISO 9001.
