Quality Inspector 2nd Shift

Some parts are measured in thousandths of an inch. The missions they serve are measured in lives.

Picture a component moving through our Colorado facility, a machined part destined for a hypersonic defense system. It will travel faster than five times the speed of sound, and no one gets a second chance once it leaves the ground. Before it does, it crosses your bench.

That's the work of a Quality Inspector at Leidos. You are the last line of confidence between a drawing and a mission that can't fail.

Your greatest work is ahead

At Leidos, we deliver innovative solutions through the efforts of our diverse, talented people, who are dedicated to our customers' success. We empower our teams, contribute to our communities, and operate sustainably. Everything we do is built on a commitment to do the right thing for our customers, our people, and our community. Our Mission, Vision, and Values guide the way we do business.

The role

Leidos' Defense Systems Colorado Manufacturing Facility is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. You'll make sure machined components and assemblies meet strict quality standards in accordance with drawings, specifications, and procedures. You'll also support documentation, troubleshooting, and non-conformance tracking, which directly shapes the performance and reliability of mission-critical hypersonic defense systems.

The pace is fast. Attention to detail, self-direction, and teamwork aren't nice-to-haves here; they're how the work gets done. If that sounds like the kind of place where you'd thrive, keep reading.
