    Quality Inspector - Kapco Osceola, WI

    If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector on 2nd shift at our Osceola, WI facility.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Evaluates parts and processes and reports non-conformances.
    • Maintains the QMS system for control of Non-conforming materials and Corrective and Preventive Actions.
    • Calibrates measurement and test equipment and fixtures.
    • lnterprets blueprints, control plans and engineering specifications. Maintains documentation and records.
    • Trains others in Quality as needed.
    • Corresponds as needed regarding vendor and customer issues.
    • lnvolved in New Product Development. Participates in Advanced Product Quality Planning and assembles Product Part Approval Process documentation for new product submissions.
    • Investigates and documents 8D formatted corrective actions.
    • Completes inspections reports and bubble drawings.
    • Updates control plans as necessary.
    • performs internal audits as assigned and stops production when quality issues are detected.
    • Promotes and participates on improvement teams, as needed.
    • Other projects and duties as assigned.
