The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet engineering drawings, GD&T, and aerospace quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection of machined parts with portable CMM to ensure compliance to customer specifications
Use Verisurf software to inspect parts and analyze dimensional data
Document quality data per ISO standard
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications
Qualifications
2+ years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience using Verisurf for dimensional inspection
Experience operating CMMs and portable measuring equipment
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
Willing to work and take on other roles such as machine operator as needed in the event of shortages.
