We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team. This position is responsible for inspecting customer orders, verifying product quantities, identifying errors, and ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
Inspect customer orders to ensure accuracy before shipment.
Verify product quantities, packaging, and overall order quality.
Identify incorrect, missing, or damaged products.
Report quality concerns, order discrepancies, and safety issues to management.
Perform product checks by removing and restacking products as needed to verify order accuracy.
Assist forklift operators with staging and loading outbound shipments.
Work with warehouse employees to improve order accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure products meet established quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Perform additional warehouse and quality control duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or quality control experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining quality standards.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift.
Frequent bending and occasional squatting or kneeling.
Ability to lift and move boxes or products onto pallets.
Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
Work Schedule
Full-time position.
Standard warehouse working hours.
Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required based on business needs.
