Daher’s Industry Division site in Stuart, Florida is a key U.S. manufacturing facility specializing in the assembly of complex metallic and composite aerostructures for major commercial and defense aircraft programs. The site produces large, critical aircraft structures—including wings, fuselage sections, and structural assemblies—for leading aerospace customers such as Boeing and Gulfstream, combining advanced manufacturing, industrialization, and quality‑driven production processes. As part of Daher’s global Industry Division, the Stuart operation emphasizes safety, precision, and continuous improvement while supporting high‑rate aerospace production and investing in workforce development, technology, and long‑term growth in the North American aerospace market.

Job Description:

We are seeking to add Quality Inspectors to our Daher Aerospace team in Stuart, FL.The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting aircraft parts, components, and assemblies to ensure they meet engineering specifications, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. This role involves performing detailed visual and dimensional inspections, reviewing manufacturing documentation, identifying nonconforming products, and ensuring compliance with aviation industry standards. The Quality Inspector works closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to maintain product integrity, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure the safety and reliability of aerospace products.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain adherence/conformance to specifications and follow established procedures.
• Work from engineering drawings, blueprints, quality procedures and instructions, manufacturing specifications and procedures, operation and work sheets, electronic data and verbal instructions.
• Inspect for proper installations and integrity.
• Use precision measuring instruments in performing assigned quality tasks.

What you need to have:

• Job knowledge requires vocational or similar training, including basic shop math to aid in the interpretation and the utilization of data from engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications and procedures.
• Knowledge of shop routines and practices is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of personal computers, including operating systems and file management is required.
• High school diploma or an accredited GED.

Information related to the position:

• The compensation for this position is $30.00 per hour.
  • The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
