Responsibility:

Improves manufacturing processes in an industrial plant through recommendations for production methods to support efficiency and quality.
Collaborates with production teams and management to determine root causes of non-conformities.

Collaborates with production teams and management to develop and implement process improvements to meet quality standards,
Supports QA Production Engineer to perform feasibility studies to solve manufacturing problems.
Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards.
Inspecting and Testing the materials and equipment produced.

Creates necessary documentation and aides in communication to personnel.
Serves as a resource for answering and solving more complex technical questions related to manufacturing and quality processes.
Ensures that the organization’s processes and equipment are adequate to meet product specifications.
In-depth understanding and demonstrated competency in working with computer software and mainframe applications to manipulate, analyze and reconcile data.
Fundamental knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Ability to effectively apply the PDCA process to identify potential process improvements.
Support all ISO related projects.
Facilitate plant Calibration program.
Facilitate MRB program: tracking of all non-conforming product from incoming material & production activities.
All other duties assigned.

Requirements:

-Ability to pass a 7-year Background Check (Required)

-Ability to pass a Drug Test (Required)

Schedule:

-1^st Shift (7:00AM – 4:00PM) Monday-Friday
