Location: Osceola, AR
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Need to Get on Board
- 1 year of quality lab experience
- Steel-toes
- Strong attention to detail and focus under pressure
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to) 25 lbs.

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Perform routine laboratory testing on agricultural, soil health, fertilizer, and plant nutrition products.
- Collect, label, prepare, and process product samples for analysis.
- Conduct physical and chemical testing, including pH, viscosity, density, moisture, and other standard QC evaluations.
- Record and maintain accurate laboratory data and test results.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies and chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory work areas.
- Support investigations involving out-of-specification materials or test results.
- Communicate testing results and observations to supervisors and production personnel.
- Assist with additional lab projects and duties as assigned.
