Quality Manager

**OVERVIEW:

**

This position is to provide a management system, leadership, and guidance to the quality supervisors and inspectors. This role also ensures completion of the PPAP processes for new and transfer programs.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Day-to-day Quality Management Expectations:

• Process checking/methodologies

• Monthly Management Review:

• Auditor Trainings/Conducts Audits:

• Participates in safety audits/surveys as required:

• Interprets Blueprints

• Interpret Gage

• Interprets PPAP/Annual Validations:

• Management Representative for IATF:

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

**

• Four-year bachelor’s degree OR

  a minimum of four years’ experience in the quality arena.

• Extensive knowledge of APQP & SPC.

• Understanding of quality systems.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

**

• Good communication, people, organizational, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.
• Computer and AI literacy.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

• Daily contact and interaction with all levels of staff as well as company customers.
