    Job Summary

    The Quality Manager at Recruit Reliance plays a critical role in ensuring the overall quality of products produced and shipped to customers. This position is responsible for maintaining work instruction accuracy, customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the manufacturing and support systems comply with AS9100 standards, customer requirements, and corporate guidelines.

    The Quality Manager leads the quality assurance, quality engineering, quality control, Master Data Management (MDM), and Nondestructive Testing (NDT) oversight teams to promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and implement the AEN quality policy and associated objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
    • Establish and align measurable quality objectives with corporate priorities.
    • Conduct management reviews of the quality management system (QMS) per business operating procedures.
    • Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
    • Plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the QMS.
    • Align organizational resources to meet QMS objectives.
    • Maintain QMS integrity during planned system changes.
    • Establish and enforce quality management processes as part of an overall system.
    • Drive compliance with customer quality requirements and assist in resolving quality issues.
    • Act as the primary source of information on QMS effectiveness and solicit input for audits and improvements.
    • Communicate the importance of meeting quality, legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
    • Inform customers of any significant organizational changes and promote customer awareness.
    • Build and maintain high attendance and engagement among the team.

    • Communication & Relationship Management: Build trust with teams, communicate priorities clearly, and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Detail Orientation: Track customer specifications, manage audits, and ensure proper work instructions and compliance.
    • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Focus on enhancing systems, processes, and business outcomes through innovation and proactive problem-solving.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 4+ years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or manufacturing in a regulated industry.
    • Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards, customer-specific quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
    • Experience leading quality teams and driving organizational quality initiatives.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization.
    • Strong planning, coordination, and influence skills in a cross-functional setting.
