Ongoing investment in systems, processes, and people supports a culture of accountability and performance.Lead and maintain an AS9100-compliant Quality Management System (QMS).Act as the primary contact for internal, customer, and certification audits.Oversee inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure product conformity.Ensure completion of First Article Inspections (FAI) in line with AS9102 standards.Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), including root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why).Chair the Material Review Board (MRB) and manage nonconforming product dispositions.Partner with procurement to evaluate and approve suppliers and ensure material compliance.Manage calibration systems for inspection equipment and measurement tools.Lead, mentor, and develop quality team members, including inspectors and engineers.Analyze and report KPIs and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) to senior management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
