The Quality Manager will work in a hands on capacity to ensure manufactured products meet specifications through establishment and implementation of quality processes. Analyze production data to identify areas for continuous improvement. and supervise, train and manage a team of quality technicians.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement quality control systems, standard operating procedures and processes
Collect, analyze and report on quality data
Manage company quality management system. Conducting internal audits on the QMS and manufacturing processes to identify non-compliance and implement corrective actions
Training of quality team and floor personnel on quality standards and processes
Investigate customer complaints to drive improvements
Implement quality improvements and develop quality metrics
Lead ISO audits and re certifications
