Position Overview
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time 1.0 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Quality, Documentation & Reporting Team. Please note this position requires applicants to reside in the state of Washington and requires in-person clinical work to maintain care delivery.
The VC3 (Virtual Care for Chronic Conditions) Clinician will work to ensure quality care for identified WPMG patients utilizing virtual encounters to address conditions and close care gaps in a patient centered manner. Whenever possible, they will preview, update, and modify the health record in HealthConnect to optimize the chart for their virtual encounters and perform PC3 (Patient Centered Charting and Communication) chart reviews between virtual visits. The work completed by the VC3 Clinicians will be monitored through proficiency metrics and chart audits to ensure quality of documentation. VC3 Clinicians will report to the Assistant Medical Director of Documentation and Reporting.
Ideal candidates will have experience within Primary Care setting as well as telehealth and digital health—or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
