    • Maintain accurate and complete quality records from initiation through closure

    • Manage document-control activities including document review, approval, revision, release, and maintenance

    • Manage customer complaints from initial receipt through closure, including complaint intake, tracking, investigation, product evaluation, risk assessment, disposition, customer communication, and follow-up actions

    • Coordinate with Customer Service and other internal teams to ensure customer quality concerns are addressed accurately and on time

    • Execute internal audits independently or as part of an audit team

    • Assist with developing and maintaining the internal audit schedule

    • Track audit findings and corrective actions through timely closure

    • Support customer and regulatory audits as needed

    • Perform periodic reviews of applicable regulatory standards and maintain current quality documentation

    • Oversee the calibration program for laboratory and production measurement equipment

    • Coordinate external quality-related services, including pest-management activities, scheduling, service-report review, and follow-up actions

    • Prepare quality metrics, reports, charts, and summaries to support compliance tracking and decision-making

    • Escalate quality or compliance risks to the Quality Manager when appropriate

    • Support internal and customer requests for product, quality-system, and compliance information

    What You Bring

    • Experience working within a Quality Management System in a manufacturing or similarly regulated environment

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

    • High attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-through

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

    • Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and external vendors when resolving quality issues

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information

    • Ability to develop detailed product knowledge and apply that knowledge when evaluating nonconformances, coordinating disposition decisions, and ensuring required approvals and records are completed

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate or bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Business, or another related field

    • Experience working in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified environment

    • Experience with document control or electronic quality-management systems

    • Customer complaint investigation and resolution experience

    • Internal audit experience

    • Experience supporting external customer or regulatory audits

    • Experience with corrective-action tracking and follow-up

    • Calibration-program or measurement-equipment experience

    • Experience preparing quality metrics, reports, and compliance documentation

    • Previous experience in a regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environment

    Why This Opportunity

    • Broad quality role with exposure across multiple areas of the Quality Management System

    • Opportunity to develop experience in document control, audits, complaints, calibration, compliance, and continuous improvement

    • Gain experience interacting with customers, vendors, auditors, and internal operations teams

    • Opportunity to strengthen your quality-systems expertise within a manufacturing environment

    • Visible role where strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail can have a direct impact on product quality and compliance
