Quality Supervisor for a organization located in
Richland County, Ohio. This is a
1st shift, direct hire opportunity offering up to $60,000 annually, along with a competitive benefits package.

As the
Quality Supervisor, you'll help oversee daily quality activities, support manufacturing operations, and ensure products meet established quality and customer standards. This position offers the opportunity to combine technical quality expertise with hands-on leadership, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being involved on the production floor, can effectively support quality personnel, and works well across departments to identify issues and drive solutions.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee daily quality control activities, inspections, and compliance with established quality standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to quality and inspection personnel.
- Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify quality concerns, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor product quality, inspection results, and process performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support quality documentation, inspection procedures, and customer quality requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain PPAP documentation as needed.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of gauges, measuring equipment, and inspection tools.
- Assist with quality system compliance, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help resolve customer and supplier quality concerns while maintaining effective communication across departments.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T.
- Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Familiarity with PPAP documentation, inspection procedures, and manufacturing quality processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with production, engineering, and other departments.
- Previous experience leading, training, or supervising quality personnel preferred.
