Job Responsibilities
- Supervise quality control activities and production inspections.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure products meet specifications.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and inspection documentation.
- Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Work with production teams to reduce defects and improve quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
Job Requirements
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience required.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of quality inspections and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze quality issues and implement solutions.
- Microsoft Office and quality tracking system experience preferred.
