Summary/Objective The Document Control Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of documents within the organization, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. This role goes beyond traditional archiving and version control to include configuration of the Electronic Document Management System/Electronic Quality System (EDMS/EQS), administration of metadata and document workflows, and applying standardized formatting across all documents.
