Quality Systems Manager POSITION SUMMARY Reporting directly to the VP of Quality with accountability to the VP of Manufacturing Operations, the Quality Systems Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with aerospace and manufacturing industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations. This role provides leadership for all quality system processes, including AS9100 and IATF compliance, internal auditing, corrective and preventive actions, document control, risk management, supplier quality, and customer quality support. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in aerospace manufacturing, precision machining, and quality system management, with a focus on driving operational excellence, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
