Job Description
Westaff is looking for a Quality Technician in the Leominster MA area for Immediate Start!
Location: Leominster, MA
Available Shifts:
· 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00am -3:00pm
· 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality and laboratory testing (durometer, gravity, color, etc.)
- Collect samples and document test results
- Operate roll mills and hydraulic presses
- Maintain lab equipment and follow safety procedures
- Support quality control and production teams
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing, quality, or lab experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and computer skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently
