Quantitative Trader Equity Options

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade and manage risk on equity options market making strategies contributing to pricing, quoting, and inventory decisions
• Support daily trading activities and position management to ensure optimal execution and disciplined risk control
• Collaborate with quants and developers on models, signals, infrastructure, and automation to improve trading performance
• Partner with senior traders on strategy while taking ownership of your own book and responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Equity Options Market Making
• B.S./M.S. in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, Computer Science, Computational Finance)
• Solid understanding of options theory, volatility modeling, microstructure dynamics, and electronic execution
• Strong technical aptitude, including experience working with systematic or partially automated trading workflows
• A growth-oriented attitude with the drive to take on increasing responsibility over time
