The Opportunity

The firm is looking for a Quant Trader/Researcher to identify, research and deploy new trading opportunities across sports and prediction markets.

You will work directly alongside experienced quantitative and sports trading professionals, with exposure to the full strategy lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include:

• Researching new sources of edge across sports and prediction markets.
• Developing, testing and deploying quantitative trading strategies.
• Working with large datasets to uncover predictive signals.
• Building pricing models and improving existing trading systems.
• Monitoring live performance and making informed trading and risk decisions.
• Conducting post-trade analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating closely with traders, researchers and engineers.

The role offers considerable ownership from an early stage, supported by established technology, data and trading infrastructure.

About You

The ideal candidate will have professional experience in quantitative trading, research or a closely related area and be ready to take greater ownership of their work.

The firm is also open to exceptional graduates who can demonstrate a genuine interest in trading through prediction-market projects, internships, sports modelling, poker or their own live strategies.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in quantitative trading, research or data science.
• Strong mathematical, statistical and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in Python or another relevant programming language.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• A genuine interest in sports, betting or prediction markets.
• The ability to turn research into practical trading decisions.
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong appetite for finding edge.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
