Quick Lane of Rosenberg / Ford of Rosenberg is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our growing service team!

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our Quick Lane for routine maintenance and light automotive repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience.

• Assist customers with oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, batteries, tires, and other maintenance needs.

• Accurately document customer concerns and create repair orders.

• Review vehicle inspection results and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs.

• Provide accurate service estimates, explain pricing, and obtain customer authorization.

• Maintain communication with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely service completion.

• Keep customers informed of vehicle status, recommendations, and expected completion times.

• Review completed services and invoices with customers.

• Build lasting customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and consistent follow-up.

• Help achieve departmental goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.

• Automotive maintenance and repair knowledge is a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy service environment.

• Comfortable using computers and dealership management systems.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, management, and fellow advisors.

• Valid driver's license.
