We are seeking a Quick Lane Advisor to join our team! Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience by accurately documenting customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and providing clear communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Prepare detailed service orders and estimates
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant required
• Previous experience at a car dealership is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
