Compensation: $18 per hour

Job Description:

Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a reliable and motivated Quick Lube Service Technician to join our high-energy service team. If you’re passionate about cars, love working with your hands, and want to grow in the automotive industry — this role is your entry lane to success! You’ll handle oil changes, inspections, and basic vehicle maintenance with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes
  
• Rotate tires and inspect tread wear
  
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
  
• Replace air/cabin filters and wiper blades
  
• Keep service bays clean and organized
  
• Follow dealership and OEM guidelines
  
• Communicate service needs clearly with advisors
  
• Assist with multi-point inspections

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
• Basic automotive/mechanical knowledge
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active
  
• Strong attention to detail and safety
  
• Eagerness to learn and advance in the trade
  
• Prior lube or light-duty tech experience is a plus (but not required!)

• Ability to navigate dealer software systems on computer and mobile devices swiftly and efficiently
