Quick Lube Technician – Automotive Service

Modern Toyota of Asheboro is growing, and we're looking for a Quick Lube Technician to join our team! If you enjoy working with vehicles, take pride in doing quality work, and want to build your career with a respected automotive company, we'd love to meet you.

As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers' vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best. You'll work in a fast-paced, professional service environment alongside an experienced automotive team.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance

• Complete tire rotations and lubrications

• Replace vehicle fluids, wiper blades, bulbs, and batteries

• Perform maintenance services efficiently, accurately, and according to manufacturer recommendations

• Inspect vehicles and communicate any additional maintenance needs to the appropriate team member

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Provide professional, courteous service to customers

• Follow all dealership safety procedures and service standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous automotive or quick-lube experience preferred; 1 year of experience is a plus

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds

• CDK experience is preferred

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
