About the Role: 
Victory Lane Quick Oil Change is looking for a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our team in Canyon Lake, TX! This is a great opportunity to put your automotive skills to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where every day brings something new. Responsibilities: 

• Perform oil and filter changes quickly and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Inspect and top off essential fluids including coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid
• Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and cabin filters
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service bay at all times
• Operate lubrication equipment and automotive tools efficiently and safely
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the service process

Requirements:
 

• Prior experience in a quick lube, oil change, or automotive service role preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service time goals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
