We’re hiring a Speed of Service Specialist/Technician, a unique hybrid role that blends lube technician duties with in-depth inspections, technical work, customer service, and leadership. You’ll be at the center of our First Class Speed of Service Rack, where vehicles move quickly through the shop while still getting the thorough inspections and care we’re known for. What You’ll Do:
Direct or supplement our Speed of Service Rack process to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
Perform digital inspections, build reports, splice/edit customer videos, and upload supporting pictures.
Confidently use (or learn to use) shop technology for inspections, communication, and reporting.
Present findings to advisors and help communicate them to waiting customers when needed.
