BASIC PURPOSE: The duties of this position include managing the staffing and operations of two quick service kitchens, a concession trailer and a food truck. Plan and manage the food outlets and staff in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with company/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Mentor and train staff to further their skills and careers.

ORGANIZATIONAL SCOPE: Position is responsible for the short-term planning and daily operations of our 2 food outlets, concession trailer, and food truck. Recommends promotional ideas and procedural changes. Helps lead supervisors and leads to increase their scope of knowledge and take next step in their career development.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Specific duties to be performed include:

• Leading the team during peak business hours
• Maintaining operating checklists
• Assisting with special events
• Opening and/or closing duties for Bear Paw Adventure Park (cross functional with other departments)
• Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Training and supervision of seasonal team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Food & Beverage with supervisory experience.
• Understanding of pace and productivity as well as monthly forecasting and the annual budget process.
• Creatively setting up menus, food displays, and physical outlet atmospheres.
• Artistic eye for presentation and displays in F&B areas.
• Positive track record of training and developing staff to succeed, move forward to next step in development, and inspire to go above and beyond
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to positively motivate and communicate with staff
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

No. of employees supervised: Twenty to forty employees
