  • Conduct R&D baking test<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Perform tests in the lab, on pilot installations, and assist with plant trials and initial runs<\/span>

  • Take charge of and/or support specific projects in close collaboration with the R&D Manager<\/span>

  • Conduct analytical and application tests on competitive products<\/span>

  • Ensure documentation is up to date<\/span>

  • Maintain a fresh stock of commonly used ingredients<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Comply with our food safety procedures upon new material selection, product development, or modification<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Minimum of 2 years baking experience<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Must be able to work in an uncontrolled temperature environment<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Must be able to push, pull, squat, bend and reach frequently<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Must be able to operate basic laboratory and bakery equipment: scales, mixers, ovens, etc.<\/span>
