We are currently seeking an R&D Procurement Intern for Summer 2027. This position works for approximately 37.5 hours per week.
• Support the R&D Procurement team and gain exposure to R&D Procurement activities including Buying, Contract Coordination, and Category Management.
• Support the identification and implementation of process efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Support contract lifecycle management activities, including contract review and expiration monitoring to ensure business continuity and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ad hoc Procurement initiatives.
• Maintain, organize, and support documentation within SharePoint to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Strong problem solving and organizational Skills
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates teamwork, initiative, and willingness to learn within a professional corporate setting
• AI experience is a plus
