Responsibilities

• Work independently and with cross-functional teams to plan, lead, and coordinate technical projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leaders and suppliers.
• Plan, lead, and coordinate pilot plant and factory trials, ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices and HACCP requirements.
• Coordinate development activities such as product shelf-life testing and consumer test preparation.
• Troubleshoot ingredients during pilot plant trials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science.
• 3-5 years of experience in the food industry manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ingredient functionality and commercialization.
• Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time.
• Anti-slip/steel-toed shoes are mandatory.

Preferences

• Experience in biscuit snacking is preferred.
• Experience with pilot plant trials and troubleshooting is a plus.
