Variable shifts / Required to obtain secret clearance
Develops final scheduled maintenance visit plan and manages a minor plan. Identifies resources, manages scheduling, validates parts availability and determines impact to the scheduled visit plan. Responds to issues regarding quality, performs root cause analysis and resolves or elevates issues.
Position Responsibilities:
"Represent the organization as a coordinator on contracts and projects.
"Interact with senior personnel, both internal and external on significant matters requiring coordination between multiple USAF & FMS organizations.
"Must understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts.
"Provide direction and review for all maintenance activities upon completion, ensuring they meet the overall objectives.
"Must participate in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules, and arrange your own activities to accomplish those objectives.
"Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies and exert some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
"Must be able to pass Ground Operations Personnel (GOP) and air respirator medical physicals and maintain qualification/certification.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
"3+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment, repairs and modification.
"3+ years of experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, and baselines.
"On occasion, must be able to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary.
Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
