    Job Description:

    Job Overview

    Manages the planning, and delivery of in-scope R2R processes including General Ledger, Treasury-related processes, Financial Reporting, Intercompany Processing, and Fixed Assets. Producing accurate and timely financial reports, for internal and external use, in accordance with GAAP and in compliance with section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Preparing or leading preparation of reports which summarize and forecast business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present and expected operations. Identifying and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives with the R2R function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated into the work routine.     Job Requirements

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Manage R2R teams. Ensure quality and efficiency of work produced. Hold regular meetings, coach and mentor team, recognize key employees.
    • Be a Subject Matter Expert for R2R related topics
    • Support migration of R2R processes from countries in scope
    • Ensure all journal entries (including intercompany) are accurately posted and supported
    • Manage the completion of in-scope period end close activities.
    • Oversee the submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports through HFM system required by the region
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports generated through ERP systems including updates for changes in financial master data (e.g., chart of accounts, entity structure, accounting codes, etc.)
    • Appropriately manage and escalate issues with service delivery
    • Perform regular performance evaluations of staff members
    • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives within the R2R function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.
    • Form strong collaborative relationship with Global Process Owners.
    • Ensure internal controls are completed timely and accurately in accordance with SOX requirements and company policies.
    • Ensure fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs), continuously improving on performance benchmarks.
    • Maintain data bases with daily executions to support the performance indicators.
    • Proactively monitor and operate a robust SOX and internal control environment
    • Build strong relationship with key stakeholders
    • Development and Career Guidance for direct and indirect reports.

    What your background should look like

    Experience:

    • 8 years of experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units with background experience.
    • Deep understanding of end-to-end R2R processes and associated technology platforms
    • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel

    Knowledge

    • Graduate degree in Finance / Accounting
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Advanced skills in conveying technical information clearly across all organization levels.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Proficiency in English
    • Strong accounting background
    • Excellent analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems
    • Well-developed management and leadership skills
