We are seeking a dedicated Rad Tech Supervisor to lead and support our radiologic technology team in the operating room. This role offers an opportunity for an experienced professional or a motivated candidate willing to train into the OR. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a surgical setting.
Schedule and Responsibilities
Four 10-hour shifts per week
Supervise and provide guidance to radiologic technologists in the OR
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, imaging standards, and hospital policies
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to optimize imaging quality and workflow
Assist with diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures during surgical interventions
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited program in radiologic technology
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients, visitors, physicians, and colleagues
Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous leadership experience in radiologic technology
Prior experience in diagnostic radiology
Experience in operating room procedures
